Debbie joined The Wellstone Group in 2002 as the Director of First Impressions. Her main responsibility involves being in contact with clients and prospects to schedule appointments and oversee client care. Over the years she has had several other duties integrated into her job description such as client event coordination, bookkeeping and Director of Love Affair Marketing for our clients.

Born in Ellensburg, Washington, Debbie considers herself an Oregonian and has lived here most of her life. Debbie attended Willamette University and prior to joining The Wellstone Group, spent 20 years in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry. Debbie and her husband Tom are the founders and directors of Hearts of Love Ministries, a non-profit Christian ministry they started in 1992.

Debbie and Tom were married in 1973 and have two children, Rachael and Rebecca. They are also the proud grandparents of five grandchildren. Debbie and Tom are members of Portland Foursquare Church.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys designing jewelry which she has developed into My Friend & I Custom Beaded Jewelry, a business she started with one of her best friends. Debbie also enjoys gardening, mentoring and being a grandmother.
